Reconstitution Guidelines

  1. Centrifuge vial briefly to collect powder at bottom
  2. Warm to room temperature (prevents moisture condensation)
  3. Add solvent appropriate for peptide (water, buffer, DMSO)
  4. Gentle vortex or pipette mixing
  5. Aliquot into single-use portions
  6. Archive aliquot for QC at time zero
